"I'm Szabolcs Varga, a smallholder farmer. A few years ago, my wife and I moved to the countryside and started farming. At the moment we have almost half a hectare, which is constantly expanding. We grow mainly in the open air and keep animals, keeping in mind the basic pillars of biodynamic farming. We are not officially an organic farm, but our farm is chemical-free and follows the rules of organic crop protection and nutrition."
