This Andrea Milano Smooth Balsamic Frosting is a rich, dark, perfect finish to sweet and savory dishes. All ingredients are locally sourced, velvet coated, using artisanal methods to produce the best Modena vinegar.
Modena balsamic vinegar is aged for a long time in refined wooden barrels, which give the characteristic aroma of the high-quality product. Surprisingly fruity, its acidity is mixed with the precious wooden barrel flavor, this nectar surpasses even the imagination of true balsamic vinegar specialists. With the name "Vinagrum", we wanted to emphasize the uniqueness and history of Modena balsamic vinegar, for which fragrance and sweetness are not equal.
