This recipe was taken from the Northern European tradition of fruit teas, which combines the fruity and tangy flavor of the American blueberry with the sweetness of the apple and the tartness of the hibiscus. Delicious hot or cold and completely caffeine-free!

Often considered the most valuable of the black teas, Darjeeling can be considered the "Rolls-Royce of teas". It is harvested at high altitudes in the Himalayas and is one of the most sought-after teas in the world. The resulting golden-bronze liqueur is balanced, with notes of green leaves and muscat.

The word Chai simply means tea, but it has become synonymous worldwide with this delicately spiced Indian drink. It is a mixture of black tea, cloves, ginger pieces, coriander seeds and cinnamon. To make it traditionally, brew strong tea, add hot milk and sweeten with sugar or condensed milk.
